Why this model exists
I have spent my working life building software for other people's companies: first inside large organisations, then for founders in fintech, healthcare and education. The same pattern kept showing up. The person who understands the market is almost never the person who can build the product, and the usual fixes waste the one thing an early founder cannot buy back. Agencies get paid whether the product works or not. Cofounder hunts in Slack groups take a year and end in a bad equity split. Learning to code takes longer than the runway. Pixelperinches exists to be the missing half without taking the company from the person who earned the insight: we build, we get paid from the product, and the founder keeps control.
Paced cash
Keeps the build honest. A build nobody pays for gets nobody's best work, including ours.
Recovery from the product
Keeps us aligned. We are fully paid when the product earns, not when the invoice clears.
Control with the founder
You earned the insight. You keep the company and the roadmap. Our stake, where there is one, vests as we deliver.
We are not investors. We turn down most Studio Bet applications. Both of those are features.
If that sounds like the partner you need, apply.
Three questions on the homepage first, or go straight to the form. Either way, I read it.
